Do I have to still tell you that
You are very close to my heart.
You may go away. I too can go away,
But our feelings stay alive to prove on its part.
What good deeds I have done in this world
To have got you as my sweet pal,
But one thing is certain, without You in my life

Where

Where have those words gone,
Which use to travel between us in so many occasions,
Fully loaded with our feelings –
Have they become illiterate?
Why have our mobiles stopped ringing nowadays?
Which use to happily flash our names often –
Have they become dumb?
Where are those graceful looks,
Which use to charge my batteries fully loaded-
Has it gone with the wind?
Let everything vanish.
But our friendship prevails forever
Which is beyond words and looks
But bundle of feelings.

Freezing point at Ooty

At 5 degrees writing a poem is scintillating…
But I don’t know will I be able to complete – my pen is shivering…
Up above the sea level now I feel like flying…
Clouds hug me even without two hands and make me blushing…
The silence of the distant mountains makes me scaring…
Is this called divinity?
I feel like crying…
Who said GOD is invisible?
I am actually seeing…
I am standstill…
Even my thoughts are freezing…
This place is awesome…
I am slowly vanishing…
Don’t get panic if ever u find me missing…

உன் வருகை

திரும்பிப் பார்கையில் தொலைந்து போகிறேன்
பிரிந்து போகையில் கலைந்து போகிறேன்

உன்னை நினைக்கையில் கவிந்ஜநாகிறேன்
என்மூச்சுக் காற்றில் கூட உன்வாசம் உணர்கிறேன்

தூக்கத்திற்கு எதிரி ஆகிறேன்
முழித்துக் கொண்டே கனவு கண்கிறேன்

உன் பாதம் தொட்ட மண்ணை பூசிக் கொள்கிறேன்
உன் சுவாசம் வீசும் போதெல்லாம் மோட்சம் அடைகிறேன்

உன் நிழல் எப்போதும் என்மேல் படரவே விரும்புகிறேன்
உன் மிதி அடியாய் கூட நான் மாறுவதற்கு முயலுகிறேன்

உன் பார்வை படும் இடத்திலேயே இருக்க முயல்கிறேன்
நீ பாராமல் திரும்பும் போதெல்லாம் முத்துக் குளிக்கிறேன்

என்னென்னவோ உன்னை பற்றி எழுத நினைக்கிறேன்
சொற்களை தேடித்தேடி களைத்துப் போகிறேன்

உன் வருகையை நோக்கியே ஆவலாய் காத்து இருக்கிறேன்
இன்று நீ வாராமல் போயின் நாளை என்ற ஒன்றை நான் இழக்கப்போகிறேன்

ஏக்கம்

ஆசை முகம் மறந்து போச்சு
என் நிலைமை ஏன் இப்படி ஆச்சு
என் ரத்தத்தில் எல்லாம் உன் மூச்சு
சுத்தமாக கலந்து ரொம்ப நாளாச்சு

என்னை நீ நினைக்காத ஒவ்வொரு நிமிடங்களும்
என் ஆயுட் காலத்தில் அப்படியே குறைக்கப்படும்
நீ என்னோடு பேசாத எந்த ஒரு நாளும்
என் நாள் காட்டியில் இருந்து கிழிந்து போகையில் வருத்தப் படும்

உன்னை சுற்றி இருக்கும் அனைவரையும் நீ பெருமை படுத்துகிறாய்
என்னை மட்டும் தள்ளி வைத்து ஏன் கொடுமை படுத்துகிறாய்
அந்நியனிடம் கூட நீ சட்டென்று பேசி விடுகிறாய்
எனக்கான அந்த ஒரு சொல்லை எப்போது நீ கூறப் போகிறாய்

உன்னை காதலித்த பொது என் வயதை கண்டு கொண்டேன்
கை பிடித்து நடக்கையில் வேறு உலகம் சென்று வந்தேன்
இப்போது நீ இல்லா வெறுமையில் எனக்கே கூட எதிரி யானேன்
உன் ஊரக் கண்ணால் ஒரு பார்வை பார் - சிறிது மூச்சு விடுவேன்

அழகாக நீ பிறந்து விட்டது உன் தப்பு இல்லை
என் கண்ணில் தோன்றி மறைந்து விட்டாயே அதுதான் தொல்லை
இப்போதெல்லாம் பெண்களோடு நீ பேசினால் கூட எனக்கு பிடிப்பதில்லை
என்ன நேர்ந்து விட்டது எனக்கு ஒன்றுமே புரியவில்லை.

Sitting by the window side looking at the sky…
Stars seen all around up and up high…

Ask a blind, only he knows the value of an eye.
Ask a dumb, only he knows the value of a single word.

நண்பன்

உன் நியாயமான கோரிக்கையை கடவுள் கேட்டு
உடனே உன்னை போய் பார்க்கச் சொன்னார்

தனியாக நிற்கின்ற அந்த பெண்ணிடம்
அவள் தனிஆனவள் இல்லை என்று கூறச் சொன்னார்

இரு கரம் நீட்டி அவள் அழைக்கின்றாள்
புரிந்து கொண்டு புன்முறுவலுடன் அவளிடம் போய் சேரு என்றார்

மலர் தூவி நிற்கின்ற விதம் பார்த்து
மறுக்காமல் நட்பு பாராட்ட அனுப்பி வைத்தார்

கூடிப் பேச ஆள் தேடும் அந்த குழந்தையிடம்
கோவிக்காமல் நடந்து கொள்ள சொல்லித் தந்தார்

இயற்கையை ரசித்து வியந்திருக்கும் அந்த கன்னியை
முழுதாய் புரிந்து கொண்டு கூட இருக்கச் சொன்னார்

யாருமே இல்லாத தூரத்தில் இருக்கின்றாள் அவள்
யாதுமாக இருந்து சந்தோஷப் படுத்தச் சொன்னார்

தண்ணீரில் பிரதி பலிக்கும் அவள் பிம்பமும் ஜொலிக்கிறது
அவள் மகிழ்ச்சிக் கடலில் நீந்த உன் அன்பை படகாக்கு என்றார்

தனித்திருக்கும் அவளின் ஒவ்வொரு மணித் துளியையும் உயிரூட்டி
அவளது நண்பன் என்ற பெருமையுடன் வாழ்ந்து விடு என்றார்

அவரது கட்டளை படி உன்வாசல் வந்து அடைந்துள்ளேன் ஆவலோடு

நாளை ஒரு பகல் வராமல் கூடப் போகலாம்
கடல் முழுதும் வற்றிப்போய் நிலமாக மாறலாம்
வானத்து விண்மீன்கள் மொத்தமாய் உதிரலாம்
தன்னைத் தானே சுற்றுவதை பூமிகூட மறக்கலாம்

ஆனால்

சந்தேகப்படாதே

நம் இருவருக்கும் இடையே ஆன நட்பை
தொப்புள் கொடி போன்ற அதன் உணர்வை
உள்ளங்களில் உணரப்படும் அதன் அதிர்வை
தூரத்தால் விலகினாலும் எண்ணங்களால் நெருங்கும் நம் மனதை

Saturation

Saturation – for me this word has no meaning in respect of your case…
I am always hungry for your writings…
My eyes always crave for your graceful looks…
My thoughts need more of your memories…
My senses look up to you for your contribution in any form…
In short any amount of YOU will not saturate me.

Life journey

Even from a distant place you are able to manage my life

நான் சொல்லிப் பார்த்து விட்டேன்.
கேட்க மாட்டேன் என்கிறது
இந்த மனக் குரங்கு
போகட்டும் விட்டு விடு.
உன் கிளைகளின்

இரவு வானத்து நீள அகலங்கள் எனக்கு அத்துப்படி

என் தூக்கங்கள் உன்னால்தான் தொலைந்து போய்விட்டதடி
என்னையே தொலைத்துவிட்டு நிற்கிறேன் கொஞ்சம் கண்டுபிடி

உன் கண்களின் பார்வைக்கு நான் அனுப்பும் மற்றுமொரு சின்னப்பூ

மௌன மொழிகளிலும் வார்த்தைகளின் இடைவெளிகளிலும் தேடிப்பார் என் காதலை
தட்டுத் தடுமாறி வண்டு சேர்ந்து விடும் அது உன் வாசலை

சொல்லத் தெரியாமல் உணர்த்தி விட்டேன் என் காதலை

ஓவியனின் கை வண்ணத்தில்
வண்ணங்களாய் மாறி இருக்கிறது

எண்ணங்களின் மனச் சேர்கை
நம் இருவரின் ஒத்த அலைவரிசையில்
நட்பாய் மலர்ந்து ஜொலிக்கிறது

பார் அந்த மேகத்தை
ஒரு தோழி போல் மலை மீது
முழுதுமாய் வியாபித்து இருக்கிறது

மௌனமாய் தவழ்ந்து ஓடும்
அந்த நதியில் உன் முகம்
தெரிவதாய் எனக்கு படுகிறது

Nature and U

Always bus journey by the window side drives me to
Go in for a rewinding…
Every scene seen through from that angle
Can go deep into ones thinking…
The cloudy climate with occasional drizzle
Makes me feel refreshing…
Paddy fields in greenery squares
Make a fertile viewing…
The farthest mountain being covered by
The foggy clouds looks ravishing…
A flooded river with flowing waters
Clearly makes me rejoicing…
That lonely road going towards eternity
Almost makes me crying…
Few drops of rain on my face
Suddenly shatters my whole being…
The distant sound of train track
Reminds me of my childhood happening…
That lonely tree standing alone looks
As if waiting for its lover’s coming…
But strangely in every of these pictures
What I feel is quite the same and
Similar to the one when I am remembering U…
U have finally become my nature…

புதுமை

படம் பார்த்து கற்பனை கலந்து கவிதை படைத்தவன் நான்
ஆனால் புரிந்து கொண்டு ரசனையுடன் பாராட்டுவதோ நீ

இயற்கையோடு என்னையும் புகழ விரும்பும் உன் குணம்
நிச்சயமாக உன்னை போன்ற ஒருசில பேருக்கே வரும்

மேகத்தை ஆணாய் மலையய் பெண்ணாய் பார்க்கும் திறமை
அதனினும் மேலாய் இருவரின் தோழியாய் நதியை நீ பார்ப்பது புதுமை

கருப்பு வெள்ளையில் அழகாக மிதந்து வந்தது உன் கவிதை
அருமையான வரிகளில் பறி கொடுத்து விட்டேன் என் மனதை

உனக்கே தெரியாமல் ஒளிந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது உன் திறமை
போதுமடி இனி, வேலை கொடு உன் பேனாவுக்கு, மை நிறைய நிரப்பிவை

பூக்களாலும் கவிதையாலும் காலை வணக்கம் சொல்லும் என் செல்லமே எதை அனுப்புவேன் என் பங்குக்கு! இந்தா தருகிறேன் என் இதயமே!

The impact u have created within me
By your grace is inexplicable
Not able to find u within
The radius of my eyesight is pitiable

Fact

Missing U from my eyesight in future
Is going to be an inevitable reality…
But your sweet remembrance in my heart
Will become my life’s center of gravity…

Bonding

Scarce are words when I start a poem on you…
Words are only words, which will die after explaining a few…
But the silent resonance between us is sound enough to prove…
The thick bonding of our friendship, which is true…

Making

You are making me to feel your presence…
You are making my words to speak…
You are making my memories to live long…
You are making my nights to stay awake…

தனிமையாக நான் இருந்தேன் ........

என் திறமையை நீ சோதிக்கவில்லை - தோழி
உன்னையே நீ நம்ப மறுக்கிறாய்
என்னவென்று நான் தேடுவது உன்பார்வையில்
நான் பார்ப்பதுவே உன் விழிமூலம் என்று ஆகையில்

நீயே நான் என்று ஆன பின்பு
எனக்கென்று ஒன்று தனியாக ஏது
என் வேண்டுதல்யாவும் நீயே அறியும் போது
தேடுதல் வேட்கையில் பயந்தான் ஏது

என்னென்னவோ புரிய ஆரம்பித்து விட்டது எனக்கு
உன் இரு விழிகளில் புகுந்து நான் வெளிவரும் போது
முழுதும் தோற்றுப் போனதாய் தோன்றுகிறது எனக்கு
உன் மௌனத்தை மொழி பெயர்க்க உதட்டோரம் பயணித்த போது

சில நேரம்

மௌனமான பூக்கள் எல்லாம் பேசாமல் பேசும் போது
நம் உள்ளத்தில் தான் எத்தனை எத்தனை எண்ணச் சிதறல்கள்
அழகான வார்த்தைகள் எல்லாம் ஊர்வலமாய் போகும் போது
நம்மையே நாம் மறந்து போகும் அந்த சில நிமிடங்கள்

ஏன்

என் பாதைகள் யாவும் உன் சாலையை நோக்கியே போக
என் பேனாவோ எப்போதும் உன் பெயரை மட்டுமே எழுத
நான் பேச நினைக்கின்ற எல்லா வார்த்தைகளும் உன் பெயரில் உள்ள எழுத்துக்களாக மாற
என்ன நேர்ந்து விட்டது எனக்கு இங்கு என் பெயரே முழுதுமாய் மறந்து போக?

After I have met U –
Black has become an important colour of my life

Rains have started playing major role in my life

Did not understand the exact meaning of freshness

A small drop of rain falling on my face
Will open floodgates of your memories within me…
The touch of a passing breeze
Will remind me of your graceful smile…

Conversation with rain is a wonderful feeling
Every drop of it speaks volumes worth mentioning
The more you speak with rain makes you feel relaxing
Rain had a complaint to make which is saddening
Not able to talk to you every time; rain is almost crying

வரிகள் சொல்லாததை விழிகள் சொல்லிடுமே
வார்த்தைகள் மூர்ச்சைஆனால் மௌனங்கள் பேசிடுமே
விழிஒரப் பார்வையிலே சகலமும் அடைக்கலமே
சொற்களின் முடிவினிலே பரிமாற்றல் ஆரம்பமே

மனசுக்குள்ளே எண்ணங்களெல்லாம் அலைபாய
கண்களோடு துக்கமிங்கே சண்டைபோட
நிலவுக்காக மேகங்களெல்லாம் தூதுபோக
விழித்திருந்தேன் விண்மீன்களில் உன்னைதேட

வார்த்தைகள் தனித்தனியே தொலைந்துபோக

தீண்டுதல்

அலை தீண்ட கரை நுரைத்தது
மழை தீண்ட நிலம் குளிர்ந்தது
வண்டு தீண்ட மலர் சிவந்தது
நிலவு தீண்ட விண்மீன்கள் துடித்தன
உன் விழி தீண்ட எனக்கு கவிதை உதித்தது

பெயரில் பாதி

ஒரு அடையாளத்தின் பொருட்டே பேசுவது என்பது நமக்குள் நடக்கிறது
என் எண்ணத்தின் மறுபக்கமே உன் வார்த்தைகளாய் மிதக்கிறது
உன் பெயரில் நான் பாதியானபின் எனக்கென்று தனியாய் என்ன இருக்கிறது
முகம் தெரியாத என் தோழியே உன்னைப்போல் உன்கவிதையும் ஜொலிக்கிறது

காலை வணக்கம்

மரங்களின் காலை வணக்கம் பூத்துக் குலுங்க
மலர்களின் காலை வணக்கம் மணம் பரப்ப
இரவின் காலை வணக்கம் பகலை எழுப்ப
நிலவின் காலை வணக்கம் சூரியனாய் உதிக்க

மனைவியின் காலை வணக்கம் கணவனை விலக்க
கணவனின் காலை வணக்கம் செய்தியைப் படிக்க
குழந்தையின் காலை வணக்கம் அழுகையில் ஆரம்பிக்க
அன்னையின் காலை வணக்கம் அன்புடன் தொடங்க

குயிலின் காலை வணக்கம் இசையுடன் குழைய
உன்னுடைய காலை வணக்கம் என்னில் உறைய
என்னுடைய காலை வணக்கம் உன் வாசல் சேர
